Return Management
Defective unit under warranty will be repaired or replaced. But the defect by misuse will be excluded. The seller may ship the return units for repair or replacement to HandyWave's account. But the quantity of return units should exceed ten due to economical reason. So ten more units of stock is highly recommended to the seller. HandyWave will not provide RMA procedure for the time being. The seller can discuss with HandyWave sales for the treatment of defective units out of warranty.
